Telling Stories Through Lenses & Leaves

I’ve always been a documenter.

You’ll usually see me juggling at least three cameras — because why settle for just one? Instax, video clips, mirrorless magic — I want it all. Photography is my way of bottling up the good stuff, the everyday, the blink-and-you-miss-it moments. The kind of moments that make you stop, take a deep breath, and think, Wow, this is the good stuff.

Motherhood stretched me, grew me, and knocked me off my feet more times than I can count. Life was fast, loud, chaotic, and unpredictable, but even in the mess, I knew one thing — I didn’t want to forget it. So I clicked the shutter, rolled the video, and snapped the Instax, capturing proof of love, resilience, and the quiet beauty of ordinary moments.

But my love for capturing life didn’t stop at a camera lens.

I didn’t just stumble into gardening — I grabbed it and learned to grow with it. I spent hundreds of hours learning, experimenting, and failing forward until I turned my black thumb into something that could grow — abundantly. I was knee-deep in tomatoes, hauling in hundreds of pounds of produce like some kind of backyard farmer. What started as a little experiment turned into a full-blown obsession, complete with flourishing beds, overflowing flower arrangements, and enough basil to make an entire Italian village jealous.

And the best part? Gardening, much like photography, is about paying attention. It’s about celebrating the little things, watching growth happen, and embracing the process. It’s about believing in what you can’t see yet — whether it’s a tiny seed buried in the dirt or the story unfolding in front of your lens.

Now, I get to help others capture and cultivate their own stories — through photos, videos, and gardens that bring joy season after season. Because life is too good not to document. And let’s be honest — it’s way more fun with a little dirt under your nails. 🌱✨
